About Me
I lead the Marketing Science team at Meta France, where I help advertisers grow their business through better use of data and measurement. Over the past year, we’ve expanded our impact significantly – running over 2,400 studies in 2024 (up 25%) and delivering six meta-analyses that informed more than $1.1B in ad spend. I also sit on the Meta France Board, where we focus on advancing responsible, data-driven marketing.
Alongside this, I contribute to our EMEA People task force, working to foster a more inclusive culture across teams. One milestone I’m proud of: In 2024, 100% of the EMEA team earned Gold DEI badges, thanks to a collective commitment to progress. I’m also actively involved in initiatives promoting more representative advertising, partnering with global brands to drive positive change.
Outside of work, I’m an ultra-distance runner. Events like the Marathon des Sables and the 90km du Mont Blanc have taught me a lot about perseverance and mental strength – lessons that carry over into my daily work.
I also dedicate time to mentoring students and supporting sustainable projects. I believe in sharing knowledge and using what I’ve learned to give back in meaningful ways.
