About Me
Elodie du Fornel is a Lead Scientific Advisor at ENGIE’s R&I department, where she drives strategic research partnerships and leads foresight initiatives to scout and evaluate breakthrough energy technologies. With a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Rennes—completed in collaboration with IFPEN—and 15 years of hands-on experience in exploration and production, she brings deep technical expertise to the energy transition. Her current focus: unlocking the potential of marine renewable energy and accelerating industrial defossilization.
