About Me
After various positions in the public sector (French Institute of International relations, Office of the French Transport Minister, Council of Paris Region) and in the private sector (AIRBUS, ALSTOM), Jacques Beltran joined Dassault Systèmes in 2019 as Vice President for Cities & Public Services.
In this capacity he is responsible for the worldwide business development and solutions portfolio strategy of Dassault Systèmes in this sector, aiming at accelerating the digital transformation of Cities and public administrations (local & national) by leveraging the power of Virtual Twins.
He studied at Sciences Po Paris, at the military academy of Saint-Cyr and at INSEAD Business School.
