Additionally, she is the driving force behind ManpowerGroup’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy and Working to Change the World Plan. A passionate champion of the green skills transition, Harper advocates for training and career development initiatives, emphasizing upskilling for underrepresented groups, and strengthening communities globally. Harper represents ManpowerGroup at the World Economic Forum's Centre for the New Economy and Society on jobs and skills, and the Community for ESG Practitioners and Climate Leaders. She also represents ManpowerGroup on issues like ethical AI and workforce preparation. She lives with her husband and two teenage sons in Milwaukee and serves on the Board of the Discovery World science museum.
