Peter Sarlin

Peter Sarlin is a co-founder of Silo AI, Europe’s largest private AI lab, and now serves as CEO of AMD Silo AI. He is also a Professor of Practice at Aalto University, specializing in machine learning and AI. With a PhD in machine learning, his academic career includes roles at institutions such as Imperial College London, LSE, University of Technology Sydney, and Goethe University Frankfurt. Peter has held board roles in IEEE Technical Committees and contributed to academic journals and conferences. His professional experience spans startups and large organizations like the European Central Bank and IMF. Peter is also the founder of Foundation PS, which supports AI research and Europe's AI ecosystem through donations, grants, scholarships, and the PS Fellow network, fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
