About Me

Steven Bourgeois is a tech ecosystem strategist with deep expertise in public policy, public funding, and institutional partnerships. He has a strong track record supporting startups and innovation across the French and European landscapes. He currently serves as Public Affairs Director at EuraTechnologies, one of Europe’s leading startup incubators, where he oversees public-sector relations, strategic initiatives, and international cooperation. Notably, he has co-led the development of the Campus Cyber Hauts-de-France Lille Métropole. Steven actively represents startup interests at both national and EU levels, notably through his involvement with the European Startup Network (ESN), whose mission is to make Europe a powerhouse for innovative entrepreneurship. Earlier in his career, he held roles in consulting, economic diplomacy, and fashion. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and Freie Universität Berlin.
