About Me

Francesca Rosella is a visionary entrepreneur, fashion technologist, and co-founder of CuteCircuit, the world’s first wearable technology fashion brand. Her work merges AR, connected garments, and wearable haptics to create inclusive, emotionally engaging experiences. Her inventions have twice been named Time Best Invention, and she received the Everywoman in Technology Innovator Award 2023. Francesca has collaborated with iconic fashion houses such as Chanel, and designed the interactive kit for the Kenya Olympic Team. Her SoundShirt, a haptic garment that lets deaf audiences feel music and live sports, has been widely acclaimed. She is also the recipient of the UNESCO NETEXPLO Innovation Award for her contributions to digital inclusion and social impact. Francesca won the Webby Award 2025 for Best Wearable for the SoundShirt.
