About Me

Sébastien is a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company, based in Paris, France. He co-leads McKinsey’s work on Future of Work and Skilling@Scale globally (strategic workforce planning, capability building and leadership development) and is the leader of the McKinsey Implementation and Delivery Assurance practices. Since joining McKinsey in 2005, Sébastien has been serving Financial Institutions, PE firms and Luxury goods companies with a focus on strategic topics (strategic workforce planning, organic/external growth, market entry, segmentation), marketing and sales (customer excellence, pricing, sales force effectiveness, segmentation and product offering, on both investments and solutions) as well as transformations (merger management, strategy, end-to-end process digitization). He spent part of his career in the McKinsey Singapore and New-York offices. Sébastien holds a master in Physics and Mathematics from CentraleSupélec (Paris, France).
