About Me

Alexandre graduated from École Centrale and later earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from UC Berkeley. He began his career as a strategy consultant at Mars & Co for seven years before taking on executive roles (Director of R\&D, Deputy CEO, etc.) at Groupe SOS, a consortium of healthcare associations and social enterprises. In 2011, he founded *La Fabrique Spinoza*, a think tank dedicated to civic happiness, with the aim of bringing this issue back to the center of public discourse. He currently serves as its Executive Director. Alexandre is a member of the presidential commission known as Attali II on Positive Economy, where he co-authored the report on the Positivity Index. He was recognized by the Bhutanese government's second-ranking official for his work promoting civic happiness. He is also a member of the MEDEF Management Commission, a TEDx speaker, co-founder of HappyTech, happiness expert and commentator on France Inter, Advisory Board member at MakeSense, Content Director at the *Université du Bonheur au Travail*, and honorary member of the International League for the Right to Happiness. He is frequently interviewed by the media on topics such as civic happiness, workplace well-being, gender equality, alternative indicators beyond GDP, and education. His study *Towards Virtuous Digitalization* explores how digital technologies can support a prosperous and fulfilling societal development.
