Philippe Maso y Guell Rivet is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership in major insurance groups, having served as CEO of AXA Insurance UK, Aviva France, and MMA, as well as senior advisor to McKinsey’s European insurance practice. His deep expertise spans strategy, M&A, and operational transformation in complex, regulated environments. Since 2023, he has been the CEO of Ornikar, one of France’s leading mobility and insurance scale-ups. Philippe is driving the company’s rapid expansion beyond online driver education into digital insurance and mobility services tailored to younger generations. His mission: to blend corporate rigor with start-up energy to reshape access to insurance and mobility across Europe.
