About Me

Currently, I'm responsible for the Technology Transfer Fund in CDP Venture Capital SGR - Fondo Nazionale Innovazione. The Technology Transfer is a 400Mln€ Venture Capital Fund dedicated to supporting the startups coming out of the Universities and the Research Centers. Previously, I worked as General Manager at PoliHub, the Innovation District & Startup Accelerator of Politecnico di Milano. PoliHub supports the creation of innovative technology companies and fosters collaboration with large enterprises. I was involved in creating opportunities for startup companies, entrepreneurs and established businesses looking for innovative technologies to facilitate the development of new products, services and business models through technology transfer processes. As a Board Member of many startups, I managed new ventures' business strategies. I was also involved in Poli360 venture fund as a Venture Partner responsible for scouting new investment opportunities and supporting the creation of new businesses, leveraging 60 million euros of capital. Before that, I worked as Coordinator of Digital Innovation at Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, an applied research area dedicated to transferring technology from universities to market. I was responsible for the ideation and execution of various projects within private and public companies. My areas of expertise include: Deep-Tech Startups, Technology Transfer Program, Venture Capital and Investment Processes, Startup Selection & Acceleration, Enterprise Digital Transformation, Open Innovation Program, Entrepreneurial Empowerment, Mentoring, Strategic Process/Service Design & Implementation, Team Leadership, Budget Management. I started my career in 2004 as a researcher for the Digital Innovation Observatories managed by the Politecnico's School of Management, after receiving a degree in Telecommunications Engineering summa cum laude from the same university. In 2006, I earned a Master (60CFU) in General Management and Business Administration from MIP. In 2018, I completed an Executive Course in Venture Capital at University of California at Berkeley.
