About Me

As the person responsible for the company’s data transformation, Michel Lutz is in charge of promoting a data-driven culture and developing data skills across the organization, transforming technological systems, and continuously improving data management practices. He is also the Head of Data & AI at the TotalEnergies Digital Factory, where he leads a team of around 40 specialists in data science, data management, MLOps, and artificial intelligence.
