Tatiana Jama

Tatiana Jama is the founder of SISTAFUND, a €100 million pan-European venture fund dedicated to backing female founders and gender-balanced teams. The fund focuses on four key sectors: AI / deep tech, healthtech, fintech/insurtech and sustainability. Tatiana is also the co-founder of SISTA, a non-profit organization committed to fostering a generation of diverse leaders and closing the gender funding gap in tech. With a dual background in business and law, Tatiana spent 14 years as a tech entrepreneur, co-founding companies in fields such as image recognition technology, conversational AI, and a web-to-store platform, which was acquired by Amazon. In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Tatiana is actively involved in the FrenchTech ecosystem. She serves on the National Digital Council (CNNUM) and the Prime Minister's investment-focused council (SGPI).
