· As the Chief Digital Experience Officer at Michelin, I am passionate about digital transformations that redefine our interfaces and bring forth solutions to our customers’ challenges. I lead a team of over 400 people across 3 countries, who design, build, and operate large-scale digital platforms that support the Group’s digital experiences, smart services and business intelligence solutions worldwide.
· I strive to create a path that combines operational excellence with an open-source culture, articulates technology with software craftsmanship, builds Agile but with a long-term vision, and leverages AI at scale while elevating talents.
