Tommaso is an investor at Vento, the Exor-backed most active VC firm in Italy, where he partners with early-stage Italian founders globally across sectors with a €150k check and up to € 1 Mn follow-on. Among the companies backed: Jethr, Volta, Diode and Sibill. Before joining Vento, he worked as 1st hire in an AI startup and as an investor in another italian-focused VC firm. He holds a degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, with a major in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a Master's Thesis on the impact of Venture Capital on portfolio companies' performance
