About Me

Dr. Nicolas Lopez Carranza leads the BioAI team at InstaDeep. In this role, he spearheads the development at InstaDeep of AI-driven algorithms to design personalized mRNA cancer vaccines, including genomics, neoantigen selection, mRNA optimisation and AI for Digital Pathology. Dr. Carranza is also the creator of DeepChain, an AI-powered platform for protein design developed by InstaDeep. He is a recognized speaker at international conferences on biotechnology and artificial intelligence. His work is driven by a passion for biology and the application of AI and computational tools to solve real-world problems.
