About Me

Sébastien Thévenet is currently Deputy Director of the “French Touch” plan at Bpifrance, where he has been working since June 2024 to develop the cultural and creative industries. Before joining Bpifrance, he spent almost 10 years at the French Ministry of Culture. Between 2021 and 2024, Sébastien notably held the position of Head of Creative Businesses Department. Since the start of 2020, €8 billion has been deployed to 17.000 creative companies by Bpifrance in support of La French Touch, thanks to a comprehensive continuum across all of its business lines.
