Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, with over 15 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement programs across multinational corporations and SMEs in a wide range of industrial and service sectors. Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pisa and holds a PhD in Information Engineering. Co-Founder and Partner of Crossnova, a leading consultancy and training firm in Italy, focused on Operational and Design Excellence. At Crossnova, he aims to reshape traditional approaches to Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Design for Six Sigma by integrating cutting-edge digital technologies inspired by the Industry 4.0 paradigm. His entrepreneurial background and technical expertise support the development of innovative solutions tailored to modern industrial challenges.
