Design Smarter. Trace Clearly. Waste Less: Building a Better Retail Model

As the demand for sustainable consumption reshapes global retail, with the circular economy projected to reach $4.5 trillion by 2030, circularity is no longer a niche trend, it is a strategic imperative. From second-hand platforms to luxury brands and global e-commerce giants, every player in the retail ecosystem is being challenged to rethink their role across the product lifecycle. What is the role of cross-sector collaboration in scaling circular commerce effectively? Can we harmonize sustainability metrics across different business models? What tools and innovations are enabling traceability and second-life strategies at scale? And how do we balance environmental commitments with customer experience and profitability?
