Currently, I am working to grow Autoguidovie which is the 1st private transit operator in Italy. Private corporations have a crucial role to play in driving innovation and bringing new business models to support mobility to the market. I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career in business development, strategy, digital transformation, tech sales and engineering for leading companies to disrupt the public transit and mobility sector. My 15-year professional career in management consulting always saw me being appointed as a strategic and industrial advisor in different bids for Local Public Transport service tenders and M&A operations in Italy. I also performed my activities in mobility planning, company strategies as well as organization, not to forget governance and regulatory systems, economic-financial advisoring, fares and public subsidies policies, intelligent transport systems implementation.
