Luisa Candido

I'm Luisa, and at Terna I work in open innovation, with a focus on European innovation ecosystems. My goal is to accelerate innovation in the energy sector and support the energy transition by collaborating with international TSOs to build networks of shared knowledge and solutions. Before joining Terna, I gained experience across the entire innovation chain in the energy sector. I worked in the startup Prosume and co-founded of a new venture: Fluidance SRL. Additionally, as Innovation Project Coordinator at the Spanish utility Estabanell Energia, I led innovative projects within the Horizon 2020 program. My academic background includes a degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a Master of Science in Environomical Pathways for Sustainable Energy Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Innovation management is my passion, but what truly drives my work is the opportunity to generate positive impact.
