Clara Miné-Garros is a leading voice in disability inclusion and social innovation. With a Master’s in sport, disability, and adaptation, she began as an APA teacher before founding Mouv’Intelligent in 2020. Her company promotes inclusion through serious games, training, and immersive programs, supporting companies, schools, and institutions in their inclusive transformation.
A member of key D&I networks, Clara is a recognized trainer in inclusive leadership, a Paris 2024 Paralympic Torchbearer, and winner of the Tech For Change Award. She breaks taboos on invisible disabilities and positions inclusion as a strategic driver for performance, equity, and impact.
