About Me
Hello, I joined EY in 2005. I am the Strategy & Transactions practice leader for the EMEIA and Europe West region. Since July 2021, I have led the SaT practice as well as the Mobility sector practice for Europe West and Germany. Before that, I was the SaT practice Leader for GSA for three years.
I am advising listed corporations and midmarket companies, primarily from the automotive and transportation sector/industry as well as financial sponsors. Furthermore, I specialize in complex corporate transformations, from strategy development through to complete tax, legal and operational implementation. Moreover, I advise in global M&A deals, often in conjunction with international carve-outs and post-merger integrations. I have also been the Global Client Service Partner for Mercedes-Benz/Daimler Truck since 6 years.
I hold degrees in Economics and European Management and am a CFA charter holder. Outside of work, I am a car, culture and cuisine enthusiast.

How Will Driverless Vehicles Hit the Road?
Imagine stepping into a car that navigates the bustling streets all on its own, letting you relax, catch up on work, or enjoy the scenery without having to steer the wheel. From newcomers to historic carmakers, many companies are vying turn this vision into reality, testing autonomous vehicles that could revolutionize how we move through the world. Yet, challenges loom: How do we address the ethical dilemmas of machine decision-making? What happens to jobs reliant on driving? And what are the technical challenges we need to overcome for this technology to be market-ready?
