About Me

Julien Nicolas is the Chief Digital and AI Officer of SNCF Group and the eSncf solutions director. Before joining the SNCF Group, he held various positions in customer experience, marketing and digital transformation for TPS, La Télévision par Satellite (TF1 Group). In 2005, he joined SNCF and the Voyages-sncf.com team as CRM and Web Manager. He held several operational positions in business development for France & Europe, in customer services and digital transformation before being appointed deputy CEO of eVoyageurs SNCF in charge of Oui.sncf, the SNCF assistant App and the Maas program. He was also a board member of the French e-Commerce and Distance Selling Federation (FEVAD) and the French Customer Relations Association (AFRC). Then, in 2021, Julien Nicolas has been appointed Chief Digital Officer of the SNCF Group, responsible for leading and implementing the Group’s digital strategy and he also served as President of 574 Invest, the SNCF group’s corporate venture capital fund
