About Me

As SVP, Global Partner Ecosystem and Channels at ServiceNow, Michael Park leads with a partner-first approach to building thriving ecosystems that drive AI-powered business transformation for ServiceNow customers across the globe. Michael continuously strives to steer the company’s AI growth to the next level. In his former role as SVP and Global Head of AI Go-To-Market he helped customers discover, understand, adopt, and realize the value of ServiceNow’s AI solutions. Michael also held a successful tenure as CMO of where he revitalized ServiceNow’s marketing approach across the full marketing stack with a strong brand movement (The World Works with ServiceNow) and a data driven, solutions oriented approach addressing customers’ most pressing digital transformation challenges. During his tenure as CMO, Forbes honored Michael as one of the world’s “50 Top Entrepreneurial CMOs.” Prior to ServiceNow, Michael led growth and transformation for over 25 years at the intersection of pivotal technology transitions, serving in key leadership positions across product, sales, and marketing roles at Microsoft, Oracle (Siebel), EagleView, HP, and SAP. Michael is also on the Board of Directors of Digimarc, serving on the Governance, Nominating and Sustainability, and Compensation and Talent Management Committees. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Rochester.
