Eiso Kant

A seasoned innovator at the intersection of AI and software development, Eiso has spent over a decade transforming how engineers build and deploy technology as the founder and CEO of multiple companies. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding Athenian, which transformed engineering operations through data-driven insights, and source{d}, which broke new ground as the first to harness AI for code analysis. This experience would later shape his early ideas for technical and applied research at his current company, poolside. As CTO of poolside, Eiso has conviction in the belief that the best route to AGI is through software development; and he’s helped raise $623 million in funding to accelerate the company's mission of transforming software development through AI.
