About Me

Johann Christopher Engster is a research associate and PhD student at Fraunhofer IMTE and the University of Lübeck. He holds a BSc and MSc in Robotics and Autonomous Systems, specializing in AI-driven image analysis and segmentation. His work focuses on applying AI to various imaging modalities in medical and industrial contexts. He is also a co-founder of ASAP Research Automation, a DeepTech startup accelerating preclinical research from months to minutes.
