About Me

Bianca, bunq’s Chief Strategy Officer, drives the company’s user-centric mission, shaping long-term strategy and leading PR, communications, and user operations. She first joined bunq in 2016 as a frontline support guide, later becoming Head of PR & Communications before founding and scaling her own PR agency and startup academy. After a successful exit, she returned as bunq’s first Chief of Staff in 2022, working closely with CEO Ali Niknam to remove operational roadblocks. A global citizen herself, Bianca brings firsthand insight into the needs of bunq’s location-independent users, keeping the focus on what matters most: bunq's users.
