About Me
I have PhD in Planning and Data Science from the University of Manchester, following my Master's degree in Sustainable Urbanism.
UrbanChain was born from my Postdoc positions working on the climate change and fuel poverty projects.
Since the start, I have grown as a leader:
from three people hot desking to 70+ people in our private office, from £15k to £85m financial year accounts, and from an idea owner to an energy market disruptor.
We are reshaping the way energy works — making it fairer, cleaner and more democratised. We help generators of renewable energy sell it directly to those that want it. Our system cuts out the volatility of wholesale markets and greenwashing claims.
Currently active in the UK and potential export to the US, India and Ireland starting soon. We are the 10th fastest growing tech company in EMEA by Deloitte. Our senior leadership team has more than 250 years experience in what we do. We are raising our Series B in 2025.
