About Me

Natacha is Vice-President at SISTAFUND - Europe’s largest fund backing gender-diverse startups - where she has been instrumental in shaping the fund’s investment strategy since the launch in 2022. She has led investments in 6 of SISTAFUND’s 9 portfolio companies, including Vizzia, Numi and Orakl Oncology. She focuses on healthtech, deep tech, and climatetech. Beyond investments, Natacha drives key ESG initiatives, advancing sustainability and governance practices while elevating SISTAFUND’s position in the venture ecosystem. Previously, she worked in growth-stage VC across Paris and Berlin and spent time in San Francisco developing a mental health startup. She holds master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris and HEC Paris. She is also currently supervising a group of Sciences Po students exploring gender equality in the age of AI.
