About Me

After studying in France and UK, Olivier Nautet started his career abroad in 1988 and spent 12 years in IT security management consulting and auditing activities within a Big 4. In 2004, he joined BNP Paribas Group to support IT audit within International Retail service line. Olivier Nautet achieved a multidisciplinary career through his multi-professional experiences. He successfully created an IT Security service, integrated the International Retail teams, served as the Group General Inspector, and finally, within the CIB Pole, acted as Deputy Information Systems Manager within market activities managing large teams internationally. Since 2015, Olivier Nautet has held the role of Group Chief Information Security Officer for BNPP Group, where he has initiated and implemented all actions in Cyber Risk Management and created an industrial security program and an associated organizational and operational model to assure full transparency of cyber risks and security capabilities, investment needs, internal governance, regulatory compliance, financial controls, and program delivery. He has specially built and run a global fusion center including Threat Intelligence, Insider Threat, and crisis management in charge of Cyber and Digital Fraud. He is also responsible for the reporting to BNPP executive committee and board of directors. Olivier Nautet is currently responsible for the Cyber Working Group of Information Systems within the French Banking Federation, Member of the European Banking Association Executive Committee Tech-Risk Strategy Group and Member of G7 Cyber Expert Group representing for the French Industry Group. He is also board member of cybermalveillance.gouv.fr, a French governmental organization for raising awareness, prevention, and assistance to victims of cyber malice for individuals, businesses and local authorities. The acquired experiences in these various positions throughout his career allow Olivier Nautet today to provide strategic outlooks on the positioning, role, activities, and missions specific to Cyber, IT risks and Resilience, as well as maintain the management of high-stakes, multi-faceted technological issues. Olivier Nautet is an IT engineer, graduate of Ecole Centrale Lille in Automation and Artificial Intelligence and is Certified Information System Auditor by CISA.
