About Me

Pascal Gain is a graduate of Centrale Lille with a master’s degree in engineering, specialized in information technologies. He spent 15 years at Schneider Electric, holding various roles in IT, sales, and marketing, before leading the Medium Voltage product business. In 2004, he joined CORYS as Energy Division Director. Based in Grenoble, CORYS is Europe’s largest simulation company, serving the energy and transport sectors. In 2017, he led a mechanical engineering firm focused on finite element analysis, then spent two years as Key Account Manager for Energy at SEGULA Technologies. In 2021, he became Global Sales Director for the Software BU at Energy Pool. Since December 2022, Pascal is one of the four partners and the Chief Commercial Officer of ASTRIIS, a startup based in Grenoble and Chambéry. ASTRIIS develops AStrion, a SaaS predictive maintenance software derived from 30 years of CNRS research. The solution automatically detects mechanical faults on rotating machines (wind turbines, hydro units, tunnel & industrial fans, rotary kilns, etc.) several months in advance—without requiring spectral analysis expertise.
