Olga Megorskaya is the founder and CEO of Toloka AI, a leading data provider for AI development. Under her leadership, Toloka has grown from a major crowdsourcing platform into a trusted partner for LLMs, generative AI, and reasoning systems, working with Anthropic, Amazon, Microsoft, Poolside, and others. With over a decade of experience, Olga has built one of the world’s largest networks of annotators and experts, setting new benchmarks for AI data quality. Before founding Toloka, she developed AI training infrastructure for products in search, e-commerce, and ride-sharing. Olga leads a top-tier team of engineers and researchers who contribute to major scientific venues like NeurIPS and ICML, and she is a published co-author on crowdsourcing and data quality research.
