About Me

became passionate about esports at a young age while playing various video games and watching the LCS. In 2013, I attended the final of the LCS in Cologne at Gamescom and fell in love with live esports events. In 2019, I joined the Berlin based organisation G2 Esports where I worked closely with the COO and Founder in the capacity as Executive Assistant as well as leading the League Operations. Working for one of the biggest esports structures in the industry for 2 years allowed me to gain insight into various departments and their relevance in the business. In November 2021, I joined Team Vitality as Operational Director of the esport division. On a daily basis, I manages a team of 8 people and some 35 athletes & team staff to lead Team Vitality to victory.

Can competitive gaming and e-sports complement broader industry goals? What are the opportunities for advertisers, streaming platforms, video game producers... that emerge from this booming field? How can viewers loyalty within teams and retention strategies positively impact the space and the video game industry as a whole? Can competitive gaming and e-sport become a growth vehicle for the video game industry? This session examines how these parallel paths might converge to shape the next chapter of gaming innovation.
