About Me
Sebastian Peck is a founding Partner at KOMPAS VC, an early-stage investment firm backing breakthrough technologies in Europe, the US and Israel to reduce emissions, increase productivity and strengthen enterprise resilience in the built environment and the manufacturing industry. The firm is currently investing its second fund (€150m). Before KOMPAS, Sebastian spent a decade as an entrepreneur and investor. In 2010, he co-founded Digital Science, a leading UK-based scientific software provider. In 2016, he set up Jaguar Land Rover’s VC arm and invested in mobility and sustainability solutions, including unicorns Lyft and Ascend Elements. Sebastian started his career at BCG before joining the TMT advisory team of UBS Investment Bank. He holds an MA History from the University of Cambridge, a MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and an MBA from London Business School. He lives in the Netherlands with his family, enjoys long beach walks with his dog.
