About Me
Simon has worked for 40 years at the forefront of using data to transform results for the world’s leading retailers and brands – he was worked in over 100 countries on building customer engagement through the smart application of data to the customer experience and changing the way decisions are made by retailers and brands. He is the Chair of Synerise, a deep-tech leader in realtime, predictive AI and is on the advisory Board of 4 other AI scale ups.
He spent 25 years at dunnhumby (from first full time employee to Global CEO) and was responsible for the launch and success of Tesco Clubcard. He spent 10 years In the US helping The Kroger Co. double their sales, and growing dunnhumby to a global company operating in 85 countries. He has built 3 business from start up to success.
