Matt Colman

Matt is a security professional specialising in Application Security, Container Security, DevSecOps, and AI Security, with deep experience in complex systems integration programs. He co-authored the IBM Cybersecurity Services DevSecOps reference architecture and framework, and is currently producing thought leadership on securing generative and agentic AI. He also contributed to the OWASP Top 10 for Large Language Model Applications: Agentic AI – Threats and Mitigations publication. As CTO for the IBM Cybersecurity Services EMEA CyberDefend Centre of Excellence, he leads initiatives to enhance solutioning and delivery through Agentic AI and automation—driving innovation and measurable outcomes.
