SpiNNcloud

SpiNNcloud Systems is a deep-tech company based in Dresden, Germany, that commercializes the SpiNNcloud platform. This supercomputing platform is based on the hybrid SpiNNaker2 chip, which uses an extremely large number of low-power processors for efficiently computing AI and other workloads. The chips are designed with powerful native accelerators to efficiently implement sparsity-aware artificial neural networks, symbolic AI, and spiking neural networks. Not only the chip architecture, but also the entire system design is based on principles of the human brain – parallelism, energy efficiency and real-time capability, scalable to a supercomputer level and available as a cloud platform solution.
