The dual impact of the green transition and the emergence of Gen AI will be the biggest workforce transformation of our time. At the same time, automation and gen AI bring new ways to attract, hire, develop, and motivate talent. We are seeking innovative ideas to prepare people for the green transition, humanize work in the age of AI and transform recruiting with automation.

VivaTech is the world’s rendez-vous for startups and leading corporates to celebrate digital transformation and innovation! 

 Every year, for four adrenaline-filled days, VivaTech brings together in Paris the greatest business leaders, startups, investors, researchers and innovators to ignite positive change in business and for society. 

 The 8th edition will take place on May 22-25, 2024, in Paris, at Expo Porte de Versailles.

Empower People for Green Jobs, Humanize AI Work, Revolutionize Recruitment with Automation

#1. Prepare People for the Green Transition: Most new jobs created will be greener versions of existing roles. How do we empower people and help them develop sustainable skills for the greening world of work?
 
#2. Humanize Work in the Age of AI: The emergence of AI is the next frontier in the future of work. How can we leverage AI to enhance human capabilities, rather than replace them? 
 
#3. Transform Recruiting With Automation: Automation has the power to revolutionize hiring. How might we leverage technology to empower recruiters and create innovative approaches to improve the candidate experience?
