Franck Debane

Franck Debane, an engineer and entrepreneur, focus on new products development. As a mentor and investor for startups, he has helped a large number of entrepreneurs to start, structure, and grow their business. Passionate about new technologies, Franck Debane has worked in the United States, France, and England where he co-founded 3 startups. He has also worked as a product director for larger companies like AOL and the BBC. Today, Franck leads the consulting agency Forward Partners, which specializes in innovation. Forward Partners has accelerated more than 100 innovative projects in over 10 countries and has helped structure innovation strategies for companies in sectors such as automotive, FMCG, industrial, and financial services. Franck is the founder and co-organizer of Lead Innovation Day, a landmark event in Paris that brings together key minds on innovation. As an author Franck wrote the book "Switch to Startup Mode: 6 Steps to Start Your Business," published by Eyrolles editions. Franck also teaches Entrepreneurship and Innovation at EDHEC Business School and is a certified NVC mediator.
