About Me

Cécile is the CEO of Kantar Insights France. Her career began at TBWA and contributed to the establishment of BBDP & Fils in France. Cécile subsequently joined CML/BBDO, managing international accounts, operating from Paris and London. Cécile moved to Turkey to manage the BBDO agency for three years. Upon returning to Paris, Cécile joined Publicis in 2007 as Global Client Officer, overseeing global brands. In 2018, she became CEO of « La Young », transforming it into VMLY&R and later VML, establishing it as one of France’s top 10 creative and successful agencies. Cécile is a member of the Supervisory Board and the CSR and Remuneration Committee of a listed French company. Her career objectives have focused on developing brand growth, enhancing global consistency, and increasing brand accessibility, ambition, and attractiveness. She emphasizes the role of creativity and technology in driving growth and is currently exploring how AI can enhance marketing potential
