I was born as a recruiter in 2014. But I was never trained. Ever in all of the companies I've worked for. So I hired poorly before training myself, talking to people, reading books and mostly implementing A LOT of things across the 8 companies I've worked for. I've worked for big corporations (L'Oréal) consulting firms (Fabernovel), startups (Sigfox) and scaleups that became a Unicorn (Choco) ! In 2022, I met my cofounder, an amazing recruiter named Elise Moron ! Since then, our mission is to help recruiters, founders & managers to hire better ! That's our mission with Blendy ! When I'm not working for clients (like METRO, Havas, Dailymotion, OnePoint, Caisse d'Epargne, Joko, Hublo) I'm doing two main things : 1/ I have a recruitment podcast : Tam Tam where I talk to the most brillant recruiters out there 2/ I work as a consultant for the most innovative HR company in France : Welcome To The Jungle.
