Marie Bos is Head of ESG at HV Capital, where she leads the firm’s approach to responsible investment and portfolio engagement. She brings over a decade of experience in consulting, including roles in political risk and public affairs at leading strategic firms such as the Albright Stonebridge Group and Joschka Fischer & Company. Her career spans work with international organizations, including the UNDP, and entrepreneurial ventures in sustainability and impact. Before joining HV, Marie advised companies and investors on sustainability strategies and began making early-stage impact investments. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how policy, business, and sustainability intersect to shape long-term value creation.
