About Me

Linda Yaccarino is the CEO of X. She has over 30 years of marketing, operations, and content distribution experience, and is a proven connector, collaborator, and counselor, as well as a committed change agent and consummate unifier. Prior to X, Ms. Yaccarino was the Chairman, Advertising and Partnerships at NBCUniversal, where she generated more than $100 billion in sales, forged groundbreaking partnerships, and launched the company’s ad-supported streaming service, Peacock. Before joining NBCUniversal, she was the Executive Vice President & COO of Advertising Sales, Marketing and Acquisitions at Turner (formerly Turner Broadcasting System, Inc). Throughout her career, Ms. Yaccarino has been widely recognized for her leadership including Fortune’s 2023 “Most Powerful Women” list, the She Runs It “2022 Women of the Year;” Variety’s “New York Women's Impact Report” and “Power Women of New York” list; Business Insider’s “Top 100 People Transforming Business” lists; Cablefax’s “Top 100 Executives” list; Adweek’s “Ten Most Powerful Women in TV” list; Business Week’s “CEO of Tomorrow” list; and The Hollywood Reporter’s “Women in Entertainment: Power 100” list. In 2018, she was inducted into the Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame. Ms. Yaccarino currently serves as chairman of the Community Engagement & Opportunity Council (CEOC) and is a member of Penn State University’s Dean's Advancement Council in the College of Communications.
