This solution is developed by the Ministry of Economics and Finance in France. SICARDI (Information System for Skills and Recognition of Individual Careers) aims to prepare for job succession by identifying agents with the required competencies for a position and supporting them in their professional development so that they become active participants in their mobility. This solution is developed for the economic and financial ministries with the perspective of welcoming other ministries.
