The digital department is responsible for the IT ecosystem of the Ministry of Ecology and Territorial Cohesion, its reliability and resilience. It carries the digital ambition by defining the strategy and implementing the infrastructures and information systems. It maintains and develops numerous tools aimed at the public as well as civil servants. It offers its expertise and advice to its various partners. Within it, the Digital Factory acts as an incubator for state startups. It is part of the interministerial community beta.gouv.fr
