To address this issue we have developed the digital assistant “Fred”, who merges skills from the worlds of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Augmented Intelligence (AI). “Fred” streamlines work processes by bundling information, connecting it in a meaningful way and providing it at the right time. By saving 80 % of the time spent on communication, planning and administrative tasks, we help companies utilize their existing human resources in a targeted manner and simultaneously increase their overall performance. “Fred” is already supporting more than 11,000 people in logistics, industry and construction by the following means: - Workforce scheduling - Intelligent information and recommendation management - Scoring of construction objects - Evaluation of sales opportunities
