#4 What to Bring
You’ll need your printed VivaTech badge to enter the event. It’s available in your personal account on the VivaTech website. There are badge printers on-site, but they get busy, especially in the morning. Save yourself the wait and print it at home. Security will also check your ID when you arrive, so make sure it’s on you.
Don't forget to dress smart (and by smart, we mean comfortable). VivaTech covers two big halls and you'll be moving around all day. Comfortable shoes will make a huge difference.
Pack these other essentials, too:
- Water bottle – Refill stations are scattered around the venue.
- Battery pack – Your phone will be in heavy use for photos, the app, and networking.
- Business cards – Still handy for quick exchanges and making an impression.
#5 On-Site Experience
Once you're inside VivaTech, here’s what you need to know to navigate the day smoothly, stay connected, and feel comfortable throughout the event.
Accessibility
VivaTech is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. You’ll find an information desk at the entrance to Hall 1, and volunteers are available on-site to assist with navigation or specific needs. All stage sessions will be subtitled in English thanks to Interprefy.
Luggage
Large luggage? There's a luggage check service located outside Gate A2. Small bags can be brought into the venue but will be subject to a security check at the entrance.
Wi-Fi
Stay connected via the VT-VISITORS Wi-Fi network, no password required. Perfect for checking the app, sharing on socials, or catching up on email between sessions.
Orientation & Help
Need directions or help using the app? Head to Grand Central, located at the heart of VivaTech. It’s your go-to spot for:

Viva After Work - Wednesday to Friday, between 5 and 7 PM Viva After Work creates a relaxed, open-air space where VivaTech attendees can unwind and connect after a packed day. From Wednesday to Friday, between 5 and 7 PM, guests are invited outside Hall 1 to enjoy live music, refreshing drinks, and a laid-back vibe. It’s the perfect setting for spontaneous networking, informal chats, and recharging with peers—from founders and investors to innovators and decision-makers—all in a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
AI Creative Show – Wednesday, June 11 at 6 PM on Stage One
Lights, AI, Action! VivaTech teams up with the Runway AI Film Festival, Mk2 Groupe, and TF1 Groupe to present an exclusive celebration of creativity and innovation. Hosted on Stage One, this high-impact evening will spotlight the future of creative industries through a screening of the best AI-generated short films from the AI Film Festival, visionary talks, and immersive experiences—all centered around how artificial intelligence is reshaping storytelling, art, and expression. A must-see for creatives, innovators, and tech enthusiasts alike.
VivaNight - Thursday, June 12 at 6 PM in the Dome
In an exciting collaboration, Live Nation is bringing an immersive live performance to the heart of VivaTech. This groundbreaking show will fuse music, technology, and emotion—blending live acts and DJ sets, including ambient electronic dance music duo The Blaze, with immersive visuals and interactive tech elements to create a never-before-seen concert. Designed to captivate and engage, it’s a celebration of how live entertainment is being reimagined through innovation.
